TruFaith Collectives – Returns & Refund Policy

At TruFaith Collectives, we take pride in every item we create. Because all of our products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party production partners, we do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preferences.
Returns or replacements are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a replacement or refund:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at: support@trufaithcollectives.com
2. Include the following in your email:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Important: Do not send items back unless we specifically request it.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or replacement, your item must:
• Be reported within 7 days of delivery
• Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Include photo proof of the damage, defect, or error
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
• Contact us immediately
• We will review your claim
• If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost
Order Accuracy
Please review all order details carefully before checkout, including:
• Size
• Color
• Design selection
• Shipping address
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled unless it is still in “In Review” status.
Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect size or color selection
• Preference or dissatisfaction with style
Additionally, the following cannot be returned:
• Hygiene items (tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, masks)
• Sample items
• Deliberately damaged items
• Items reported more than 7 days after delivery
• Items accurately produced based on approved designs or tech packs
• Custom or personalized products
• Sale items and gift cards
We are also not responsible for orders affected by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:
• Weather conditions
• Carrier shipping delays
• Customs processing delays
• High-volume holiday shipping periods
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information (such as wrong shipping address or phone number)
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges.
If your order has a verified defect, damage, or error on our part, we will provide a replacement.
European Union Customers
Customers located in the European Union may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, except for custom-made goods.
To qualify:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Proof of purchase is required
Refunds
If your refund is approved:
• It will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
