At TruFaith Collectives, every item is custom made-to-order through our trusted production partner, Tapstitch. Please allow time for both production and shipping when placing your order.

General Guidelines

• All orders are processed once payment is confirmed

• Production time is required before your order ships

• Shipping times vary based on your location and carrier

Shipping Issues

• Double-check your shipping address before placing your order — we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information entered at checkout

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@trufaithcollectives.com with your order number and photos and we’ll make it right
