At TruFaith Collectives, all of our apparel is made to order with care through our trusted partner, Tapstitch. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the product, order volume, and your location. For accurate estimates, please refer to the shipping info listed on each product page.

 

 

General Guidelines

 

• All orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
• Because our items are made to order, production time is required before shipment.
• Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier.

 

 

 

Order Tracking

 

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Issues

 

• Ensure your shipping address is correct—we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at cajusteadrinel21@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 

 

 

International Orders

 

• Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
• Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance.
