By using our website, placing an order, or using our messaging services, you agree to these Terms of Service.


 

1. Age & Account

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country, or have parental consent if you are a minor. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. By creating an account or placing an order, you also agree to our Messaging Terms and Messaging Privacy Policy:



 

 

2. Orders & Products

All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by Tapstitch, our dropshipping partner. Product colors, sizes, or designs may differ slightly from what you see online. Please check all order details carefully before checkout. Orders cannot always be changed or canceled after they are placed.


 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD and may include taxes or shipping fees. You must provide accurate payment information. We may cancel orders if payment or account details are incorrect.


 

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled by Tapstitch and third-party carriers. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Ownership and risk pass to you when the carrier receives the package. For missing packages marked “delivered,” you must contact the carrier directly; we cannot resend or refund these items.


 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is owned by TruFaith Collectives or our partners. You may not use any content without permission. When you submit designs for custom products, you retain ownership but give us and Tapstitch a license to produce and fulfill your order.



6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site to:


  • Break any law or violate anyone’s rights
  • Upload malicious software
  • Spam, phish, or interfere with the site
  • Misrepresent information or impersonate others


Violations may result in account termination.

 

 

7. Disclaimers & Liability

Products and services are provided “as-is.” We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Tapstitch fulfills the products, so we are not liable for manufacturing or shipping issues beyond our control.


 

8. Indemnification

You agree to hold TruFaith Collectives, Tapstitch, Shopify, and affiliates harmless from claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.


9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Texas courts.


 

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site means you accept the updated Terms.
